The location is advantageous. All essential services exist on site including restaurants and shops. The pools are suitable for children. The bungalow was suitably situated.
The beds proved uncomfortable. Ants were present throughout the living spaces including the kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen was available at an additional charge.

The mobile home came fully equipped with kitchenware. There was also a barbecue set. Check-in was quick. The reception team acted professional.
The pools closed at 5:45 when sun was still present.

The supermarket had a good selection of food. i found several dining options near the hotel. the reception staff were very helpful. They assisted with directions and local information.

excellent pools live music land train unflexible host poor cleanliness broken air conditioning
The pools were excellent. Live music at the bars in the evenings was good and animation team was good for the children. The land train takes you to the next town and is very useful. Access to the lake and promenade is excellent.
The apartment was not what we expected. We tried to change accommodations, but the host was not flexible. The air conditioning was not working. The overall cleanliness was very poor.
